Reservation

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. All guests staying in the apartment must present identification in accordance with current regulations before arrival.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

During your stay

• Maximum 3 guests. It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the maximum occupancy allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Using devices that significantly alter the expected energy consumption without authorization is prohibited.
• If you use the Wi-Fi connection, please be aware that you are solely responsible for your actions while in the apartment.
• Do not store money or valuables in the apartment.
• Photography for commercial purposes is not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited.

Before you leave:

• Collect used towels.
• Take out the trash.
• Do not leave food scraps in the apartment. Empty the refrigerator and freezer.
• If you have used the Smart TV and entered your login credentials, log out before leaving the apartment.
• Turn off the lights and small appliances.
• Return the keys.
